Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee joinery and interior fit-out projects from planning to completion.

The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage joinery/interior projects from concept to handover
• Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Manage site teams and subcontractors effectively
• Solve problems quickly to avoid delays

 Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within joinery/interior or construction
• Technical knowledge of materials, finishes, and fit-out processes
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and client handling abilities
• Proficiency in project management software/tools
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management (preferred)
