The Chairman's Office oversees a portfolio of prestigious real estate and corporate projects, offering the opportunity to work on highly confidential, premium developments with direct exposure to senior decision-makers.
Job Description
- Lead the delivery of luxury villa and premium corporate office projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project approvals with relevant government authorities and statutory bodies.
- Coordinate and drive consultants, architects, designers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor programme, cost, quality and project risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Review designs and technical submissions to maintain project objectives and quality standards.
- Chair project meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders.
- Manage procurement, tender evaluations and consultant/contractor performance.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with timelines, budgets and governance requirements.
- Work closely with senior leadership on project strategy and execution.
- Support future expansion into larger real estate and international development projects.
- Proven experience delivering high-end luxury villas, premium office fit-outs, hospitality or luxury retail projects on the client side, consultancy or contractor side.
- Recent UAE experience is mandatory for this position
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline from a recognised Western university is highly preferred
- Strong track record managing consultants, contractors, authorities and senior stakeholders independently.
- Excellent understanding of approvals, procurement, contract administration and project delivery.
- Experience working in premium, detail-driven environments where quality and stakeholder management are critical.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the confidence to engage with executive leadership in an international business environment.
