About The Job

Thepurpose of this position is responsibility for project management serviceswithin an assigned client account to achieve the companys strategic businessobjectives. Key project delivery focus areas include scope, budget, schedule,quality and risk management of projects in regulated areas withinpharmaceutical laboratories.

What You’ll Do

Managesall facets of project delivery including, but not limited to, pre-projectsafety and risk analysis, budget, schedule, procurement, and quality deliveryapproach for individual projects. Projects will, in large part, be locatedwithin chemical or biological laboratories.

Hasa thorough understanding of Commissioning / Qualification / Validationprinciples from Project Planning, Requirements Definition, and Design Reviewthrough Test and Release.

Demonstratescapability to read, understand, and apply standards to complex documentsaffecting projects, including but not limited to, agreements/contracts, workletters, project charters, surveys and drawings.

Interfacesdirectly with client to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work,project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow,work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

Initiatesstandard to complex request for proposals, completes bid analysis, leadsevaluation interviews, and recommends resources to client.

Strictadherence to change management policies while providing recommendations,securing client approvals, and issuing change orders.

Promote and maintain an environment consistent with CBREvalues including Respect, Integrity, Service, and Ecellence.

Develop, execute, and deliver a project portfolio thatconsistently meets established key performance indicators for the clientaccount, while following both CBRE and client policies and procedures.

Regularly provide project updates and reports to bothCBRE and client stakeholders as it relates to project budget, schedule, risk,and safety metrics for your assigned projects.

Consistently balance the needs of the customer, employee,and shareholder while meeting organizational objectives.

Consistently embrace and promote a culture of Diversity,Equity, and Inclusion.

Ensure direct, indirect, and / or outsourced serviceproviders and vendors provide consistent, high-quality services.

Ensure compliance with corporate and local standards andprocedures.

Manage and foster healthy relationships with externalconsultants and vendors while holding them accountable in delivering theirscope of work in a timely and consistent fashion.

Possess ability to solve advanced problems resulting fromcomplex situations.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering,Construction Management, or related field preferred, however, applicableexperience will also be considered.
  • Previous experience managing projects in areas compliantwith Good Manufacturing Practices and / or Good Laboratory Practices required.
  • PMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP preferred

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $110,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $150,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
