Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee infrastructure projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all infrastructure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with a team of engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to plan, organize, and oversee the construction and execution of infrastructure projects ranging from road construction to utility upgrades. Your leadership will guide the team towards achieving project objectives, and you will be the pivotal force in managing resources, time schedules, and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in project management methodologies. If you have a knack for handling complex tasks and coordinating across teams, this role is for you.


Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure effective communication across project teams.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to set standards, regulations, and quality control measures.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to ensure all project needs are met and utilized correctly.
  • Lead team meetings to update project status and address any emerging issues.
  • Identify potential risks and implement risk mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Manage project budgets and financial resources to prevent unnecessary expenditures.
  • Evaluate and measure project performance using appropriate systems and metrics.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders and upper management.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment to boost morale and enhance productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
