Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders promptly and effectively.
• Ensure all relevant standards and specifications are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage resource allocation and project team assignments to optimize performance.
• Facilitate project meetings to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and report on project status regularly.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements throughout the project.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to acquire necessary materials and equipment.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and apply best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the infrastructure sector.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale infrastructure projects from start to finish.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
• Proficiency with project management software, such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically under pressure.
• Project management certification, such as PMP or PMI-ACP, is highly desirable.
