Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager in Facility Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects related to facility management, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and without exceeding budget. The Project Manager will work closely with facilities team, contractors, and clients to deliver best-in-class facility solutions while maintaining smooth operations. This position requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans and manage all project phases effectively.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget constraints.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Lead project team members effectively by setting clear, achievable goals.
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Monitor and track project performance using appropriate systems and tools.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and all stakeholders.
  • Become a subject matter expert in facility management systems and technologies.
  • Foster a collaborative environment promoting a strong team culture and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Construction Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience in facility management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools and applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is an added advantage.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations in facility management.
