Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager specializing in Facility Management to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. This role involves driving facility management initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and schedule specifications. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of building systems, project management methodologies, and team leadership. Working closely with senior management and stakeholders, the Project Manager is responsible for aligning project goals with organizational strategy and ensuring that all facility operations meet legal and safety requirements. Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage projects related to facility management from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to achieve project objectives.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential challenges or constraints.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress effectively.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation for all facility management projects.
  • Handle changes in project scope, schedule, and costs meticulously.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure project deliverables meet requirements.
  • Prepare and present reports on project status, including financial impacts.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations.
  • Facilitate communication and information dissemination among all project stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and manage the performance of project team members and contributors.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders to ensure project support and successful implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facility management, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of five years experience in project management within facility management.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale facility management projects successfully.
  • Strong understanding of facilities operations, construction, and maintenance processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with relevant legal regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse audiences.
