Aboutthe Role

TheProject Manager provides consulting services to our client account to helpachieve the companys strategic business objectives. Construction projects mayinclude infrastructure/MEP capital improvements, campus transformation, andoffice workplace IT and AV enablement for three large corporate office campusesin Atlanta, GA. The Project Manager will possibly manage national projectswhile providing administrative support to Sr. Project Managers.

Thisjob is part of the Project Management function responsible for the managementof projects from initiation through completion. Role requires onsite presence 5 days/week at corporate campus in Atlanta.

Whatyou’ll Do

Manageall areas of project management for commercial real estate projects. Thisincludes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

Interfacedirectly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, including thescope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates &budget, work plan schedule & landmarks, quality control, and riskidentification.

Definethe project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the projectqualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bidevaluations, and recommend resources to clients.

Implementproject documentation governance that is aligned with company and clientrequirements.

Ensureproject data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.

Buildaction plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress ofeach project and report status and variances.

Demonstrateability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingencyplans. Implement plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.

Mentorothers and share in-depth knowledge of your job subject area and a broadunderstanding of several job fields within the function.

Leadby example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE (Respect,Integrity, Service, Excellence) values.

Workto build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

Whatyou’ll Need

Applicantsmust be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need forvisa sponsorship now or in the future

  • Bachelors Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
  • General knowledge of leases, contracts and construction practices and the ability to read architectural drawings. Financial forecasting and reporting experience are beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Procore or similar project management software. Lucernex software experience is beneficial.
  • Understanding of technical project scheduling like IT to avoid work interruptions
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information with a willingness to take a new point of view on existing solutions.
  • Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.
