  • Lead and inspire project team using well-developed communication and motivational strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Project Manager or equivalent leadership role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented attitude.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential.
  • Proficiency with project management software like Microsoft Project or equivalent tools.
  • Solid experience in stakeholder management and understanding business needs.
  • Certification in PMP, Agile, or Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
