Job Description

7–12 years of proven project management experience delivering medium to large-scale projects.
Professional certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile/Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams of 10–50+ members.
Hands-on expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and scope control.
Strong background in risk, issue, and dependency management using structured frameworks.
Experience managing vendor and third-party delivery teams, contracts, and SLAs.
Proven ability to drive projects using Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels up to executive leadership.
Experience maintaining RAID logs, change requests, and governance documentation rigorously.
Ability to prepare and deliver weekly and monthly status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
Familiarity with project & collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Power BI, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
Experience delivering projects in highly regulated or compliance-driven environments (e.g., banking, telecom, government, healthcare).
Ability to manage and track project financials, including forecasting, cost variance, and burn rate analysis.
Experience supporting or working within a central PMO and following standardized methodologies.
