Role Purpose
The Curriculum & Learning Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and continuously enhancing high-impact learning programs that align with organizational goals, market demands, and future skills needs. The role ensures that all curricula, learning journeys, and training solutions are innovative, practical, engaging, and deliver measurable outcomes for learners and partner organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Design & Development
Lead the design and development of training programs, certifications, workshops, and learning pathways.
Build structured curricula aligned with industry trends, market needs, and strategic priorities.
Develop learning outcomes, competency frameworks, assessments, and instructional materials.
Review and refresh existing programs to maintain relevance and quality.
Ensure all content reflects global best practices and local market context.
Learning Experience & Instructional Excellence
Design engaging learner experiences using modern adult learning methodologies.
Integrate blended learning models including classroom, virtual, on-demand, and experiential learning.
Ensure learning content is interactive, practical, and outcome-driven.
Introduce innovative learning tools, simulations, case studies, and digital learning resources.
Instrcutors & Subject Matter Expert Management
Work closely with trainers, facilitators, consultants, and subject matter experts to develop content.
Source and onboard expert instructors when required.
Ensure trainers are aligned with curriculum objectives and delivery standards.
Conduct trainer briefings and quality reviews.
Quality Assurance & Accreditation
Maintain curriculum quality standards across all programs.
Ensure compliance with accreditation bodies, internal standards, and regulatory requirements.
Manage program documentation, approvals, and audit readiness.
Collect feedback and use data to improve course effectiveness.
Learning Strategy & Innovation
Identify future skills trends and emerging topics to launch new programs.
Recommend new certifications, academies, and flagship learning products.
Support strategic partnerships by developing customized curricula for clients and stakeholders.
Contribute to the organizations reputation as a leader in future-focused education.
Internal Collaboration & Delivery Readiness
Coordinate with operations, marketing, partnerships, and technology teams for successful program launches.
Ensure all materials, assessments, trainer guides, and learner resources are ready before delivery.
Support LMS integration and digital learning deployment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of new programs launched annually.
Learner satisfaction scores.
Curriculum completion within timelines.
Program renewal and repeat demand rates.
Accreditation compliance success rate.
Revenue contribution from new learning products.
Trainer quality and delivery feedback scores.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Education, Business, Human Capital, Learning Design, or related field (Masters preferred).
5-8+ years of experience in curriculum design, learning & development, instructional design, or academic program management.
Experience in executive education, corporate learning, or professional training environments preferred.
