Project Field Engineer

Introduction to the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Field Project Engineer to join our team in Dubai, supporting our Commercial Refrigeration operations across the Middle East. In this role, you will lead refrigeration projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end refrigeration projects, including remodels and new installations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and site stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and efficient coordination.
• Collaborate closely with subcontractors, supervisors, and internal teams to meet project goals and customer expectations.
• Plan and track project schedules, resource needs, and material deliveries in coordination with Application Engineers and Logistics.
• Conduct site surveys and regular visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and enforce safety standards.
• Facilitate project meetings to align stakeholders and provide visibility on timelines, risks, and next steps.
• Support system commissioning, testing, and final handovers to clients, ensuring operational readiness.
• Partner with Sales, Design, and Engineering teams to develop integrated project plans and feasibility assessments.
• Identify and mitigate project risks through early analysis and proactive action.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers to support technical development and team collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project engineering, specifically in refrigeration systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial refrigeration equipment and systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools.
• Valid UAE driving license and flexibility to travel to project sites across the region.
• Previous experience in the Gulf region is a strong advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and a hands-on, solution-driven approach.
