Location: Sharjah, UAE (with travel to project sites as required)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of water and wastewater treatment projects. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on project control to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource strategies

• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and subcontractors

• Monitor project progress, risks, quality, and compliance

• Ensure effective stakeholder and client communication

• Control project scope, changes, and documentation

• Deliver projects in line with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in water & wastewater treatment projects, with 5+ years as Project Manager

• BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering

• PMP certification mandatory

• Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, budgeting, and quality control

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in MS Office
