Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of steel fabrication projects from inception to completion.

• Collaborate with designers to review project specifications and drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
• Work closely with procurement teams to source quality materials within budgetary constraints.
• Lead project meetings to keep stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and potential issues.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks that could impact project schedules or quality.
• Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Resolve technical challenges and develop innovative solutions to problems encountered on site.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation for reporting and future reference.
• Ensure projects are executed in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in project engineering within steel fabrication industry.
• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software for reviewing project drawings.
