Regional Project Engineer

Key responsibilities

Support Site Project Manager for all activities related to site activities management and commissioning / start up and ramp up of new lines deployed in the region.

• Support in the preparation of offers, specially in due diligences of sites where the projects are planned to be executed.
• Keep daily records of site activities he is in charge of, and build / Update an installation / commissioning / ramp up guideline gathering all best practices including resources, timing and equipment allowing to optimize his / her activities
• Support process improvements, technical innovations, guidelines etc
• Support customer for all technical questions during project.
• Control / supervise of installation, commissioning and hand-over to customers until closing of project in close co-operation with SIG Combibloc Project manager and customer project coordinator.
• Preparation/distribution of project reports & communications to internal customers through the project life cycle (VR, tracking, dashboards etc.).
• Manage snag list review and closing points on time in full from FAT till SAT and hand over to customer Coordinate technical team on site
• Contribute / support technical improvements to the robustness of our Combibloc system in collaboration with Global functions and different suppliers.
• Coach and develop less experienced staff in multiple areas.
• Take on special projects as required by line manager which may include inter-departmental collaboration.
  
  

You Bring These Skills, Experience & Education

• University degree in industrial Engineering
• PMP Certficiation is a plus.
