Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage engineering projects from the initial design phase to final deployment.
• Develop project plans outlining the scope, schedule, resource allocation, and budget.
• Maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Utilize engineering principles to design and implement solutions that meet project requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Oversee the procurement of resources and materials necessary for project execution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular project progress reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate site visits and meetings to monitor project progression and solve onsite issues.
• Implement quality control measures and conduct performance evaluations for project deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and project team members.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve project processes and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field required.
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar engineering role.
• Strong knowledge in project management methodologies and tools for effective project execution.
• Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with capability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for managing diverse project teams.
• Proficiency in using engineering software and computer-aided design (CAD) tools.
• Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license will be an added advantage.
