Project Delivery Engineer

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To execute each assigned Project 100% in accordance with Tender, Specification, Client delivery dates, drawing approvals.
• To fully maintain the Project Margin and claim for any project variation as required.
• Communicate effectively with the customer and maintain high customer satisfaction level.
• Complete each Project on or above tender margin.
• Obtain Purchase order & Approximate Delivery dates.
• Review latest total cost sheet/Quotations, specifications & Drawings.
• Advice any (discrepancy) differences to sales Engineer to Coordinate.
• Introduce yourself to client, send letter of introduction. Request all relevant information.
• Handover the inputs from client to CADD Manager for initial drawing/revision and final as built drawing.
• Adhere to H&S guidelines and policy of the company while in the factory and at the site.
• Print what is necessary and reduce the usage of paper.
• Review initial Design Drawings received from CADD Team.
• Get drawing approval.
• Cost any change and variation & Variation approval.
• Receive variation orders before Production starts.
• Material Procurement & Production Information to Production Department.
• Confirm Delivery dates with clients.
• Release for Manufacturing.
• Follow up project during production.
• Coordinate delivery with production.
• Arrange shipping, do packing list for shipping, complete invoice for client.
• Follow through installation with clients and do site measurement & attend site if necessary.
• Release site measurement for manufacture and review the drawings as built provided by CADD Team.
• At project close out
• Customer satisfaction from client.
• Check Total Value, match with purchase order and any variation done.
• As built drawing to forward to client.
• All quantity to forward to client.
