Project Coordinator

We’re recruiting a Project Coordinator for one of our clients, a leading organization in the energy sector based in Dubai, UAE.

About Our Client:

Our client is a leading provider of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services for power generation and desalinated water production, with a strong international presence. Operating across more than 10 countries in the Middle East & North Africa, South Africa, Eastern Europe, and Vietnam, the company manages a significant portfolio of over 28,000 MW of power generation capacity and more than 5.3 million m³/day of desalinated water production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supported project execution from the bidding stage through construction completion
  
• Participated in technical evaluations, scope clarifications, and tender reviews
  
• Coordinated site execution activities and managed contractor interfaces
  
• Ensured compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved procedures
  
• Reviewed material procurement and vendor documentation for compliance
  
• Provided on-site technical support and resolved construction-related issues
  
• Developed and maintained S-curves and progress monitoring reports
  
• Supported project controls, reporting, and coordination meetings
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  
• Minimum of 3–6 years of experience in end-to-end project execution, from tender submission to construction completion
  
• Experience in tender preparation and technical submittals, coordinating with site teams, contractors, consultants, and clients
  
• Ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  
• Experience in developing automated trackers and dashboards
