Job Purpose

As a Project Coordinator at OrionTek Innovations L.L.C, based in the UAE, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and supporting ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems projects within our Operations department. You will ensure smooth project execution by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to achieve milestones efficiently and with high quality. #Khidmah

Roles, Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate project activities from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, resources, and budgets are adhered to.
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams, clients, vendors, and management to align project goals.
• Assist in the integration of fire & life safety systems and ELV components such as CCTV and access control within projects.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on status, risks, and issues for review meetings.
• Support technical teams by interpreting CAD designs and assisting with commissioning procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout project phases.
• Manage documentation related to electrical testing, troubleshooting, and cable routing & termination processes.
• Drive accountability by tracking deliverables and deadlines, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending solutions.
  
  

Qualification

To excel as a Project Coordinator at OrionTek Innovations L.L.C, candidates should possess a relevant degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Professional certifications related to project coordination or ELV systems are advantageous.

Strong foundational knowledge in ELV system installation—including CCTV, access control, and fire & life safety systems—is essential to effectively support technical teams and coordinate project efforts.

Competency in interpreting CAD designs, electrical testing methodologies, and troubleshooting techniques is necessary to align project execution with technical requirements.

Exceptional organizational and planning skills are critical for managing multiple tasks and timelines concurrently while maintaining attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.

Proficiency in using project management software and data analysis tools will support efficient tracking and reporting of project metrics.

Excellent communication abilities are required to interact with diverse teams and external partners, fostering collaborative relationships and clear information exchange.

Experience & Skills

Ideal candidates will demonstrate proven experience in project coordination within electrical or ELV system domains, including hands-on exposure to commissioning procedures and system integration projects.

Strong problem-solving skills combined with the ability to plan and align resources effectively are essential for overcoming project challenges and ensuring successful delivery.

Technical fluency with ELV technologies and a comprehensive understanding of cable routing, termination, and electrical testing practices will enhance coordination and troubleshooting capabilities.

Demonstrated customer focus, accountability, and the capacity to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders are integral for this role.

Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments, particularly within the UAE or similar regions, is desirable to navigate local standards and work cultures.
