At Elevare Management Consultancy, we offer a unique blend of services that cater to a variety of business needs through the lens of management consultancy. Our mission is to bridge the gap between design, project management, and business growth — helping our clients achieve success through strategic planning, innovative solutions, and market-driven insights.
We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator with construction experience to support and manage projects from Development Application (DA) approval through to construction completion and final handover.
This Dubai based role will work closely with our Australian team and builders to assist with project delivery across multiple industrial developments.
This position is well suited to a hands on development/building/construction professional with 5–8 years experience who is ready to step into greater responsibility and grow within an active development group.
About the Role
The Project Coordinator will support the delivery of industrial projects, ensuring milestones, approvals, and construction programs are tracked and managed effectively.
You will work closely with consultants, builders, and internal stakeholders to maintain momentum across projects, with guidance from senior leadership where required.
This is a practical, delivery focused role requiring strong organisation, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
Key Responsibilities
• Assisting in the transition from DA approval into construction delivery
• Monitoring post-approval conditions and required documentation
• Coordinating consultants and tracking authority approvals
• Supporting feasibility tracking, budgets, and cost reporting
• Monitoring construction programs and identifying risks early
• Participating in builder and consultant meetings
• Assisting with practical completion, certifications, and handover
• Maintaining structured project reporting and documentation
Remote Delivery & Communication
As this role operates remotely from Dubai:
• Strong written and verbal English communication is essential
• Confidence participating in meetings with Australian stakeholders
• Ability to manage timelines across time zones
• Highly organised and proactive in following up outstanding items
Requirements
• 5–8 years experience in property development, construction, or project coordination
• Experience working on commercial or industrial projects preferred
• Exposure to Australian planning and construction processes is highly regarded
• Experience working with Australian, UK, or US companies is an advantage
• Degree in Property, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Planning, or similar
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
• A motivated self starter ready to grow into greater responsibility
• Someone commercially aware but still hands on
• A professional comfortable working across multiple projects
• Strong team player who can work independently when required
