Job Description

The Project Coordinator 28N25 is pivotal in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and use.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants regularly.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders efficiently and professionally.
  • Monitor and track project progress to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify roadblocks and develop strategies to overcome obstacles promptly.
  • Work effectively with project manager to eliminate blockers as they arise.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers when required.
  • Prepare and define project scope, goals, and deliverables clearly.
  • Facilitate and schedule project meetings, including draft meeting minutes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required for teamwork.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies beneficial.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software like MS Project.
