Responsibilities

• Monitor financial performance of projects against budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with project plans.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project reports, supporting decision-making processes for stakeholders.
• Develop and implement project control standards and best practices to optimize project outcomes.
• Assess project risks and opportunities, providing analytical insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timeliness.
• Evaluate and track key project metrics to ensure efficiency and performance optimization.
• Liaise with finance departments to reconcile project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts regularly.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies concerning project management.
• Facilitate project meetings, documenting action items and ensuring follow-ups with relevant stakeholders.
• Design and employ analytical tools to improve accuracy in tracking project progress and resources.
• Support the change management process by analyzing impacts and preparing change reports.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop strategic plans for resource allocation and utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management or project controlling roles.
• Proficiency with project management software and financial analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for report presentations.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments, fostering teamwork and cooperation.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
