Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the CEO in managing key strategic initiatives, coordinating projects, and handling administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while learning directly from senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow their career in business administration.

  • Project Support: Assist the CEO in managing, coordinating, and tracking the progress of various projects. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and with necessary resources.
  • Research & Reporting: Conduct research to support decision-making, prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for CEO review.
  • Communication Management: Serve as the first point of contact for both internal and external communication directed at the CEO. Draft emails, memos, and other written communication.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring easy access and proper filing for tracking and reference.
  • Cross-functional Support: Assist in coordinating communication between departments and facilitate the flow of information, ensuring projects are on track.

Event Coordination: Help organize internal and external events, including board meetings, client calls, and group-wide events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, management, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other digital tools for communication and project management (e.g., Slack, Trello).
  • Ability to work meticulously with attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.
  • A proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges as the organization grows and evolves.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an administrative, project management, or business support role.
  • Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills and internships are welcome to apply
  • Additional Skills: Prior experience with project management software or in a fast-paced business environment is a plus.
  • Proficient in English and German Language
