MiQ is seeking a Programmatic Sales Manager to lead the growth of our expanding regional operations in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in safeguarding and advancing our business in the region. The Sales Manager will focus on expanding existing client relationships, establishing new partnerships through strategic agency collaborations, mastering MiQ’s product utilization strategies, embodying our mantra of “Inspire through Insights,” and maintaining operational excellence.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure we meet and exceed revenue and profit targets for the assigned region
Manage your patch of business at all levels from mid-senior down to junior planner level, working closely with the centralized trading division and external partners
Ensure an effective sales strategy is devised and implemented across the group
Be an educator, ad tech expert and true partner to our clients by staging and organizing workshops and industry updates
Work across and implement our whole suite of products within the region from enterprise down to display campaigns
Effectively monitor and report spend levels across your patch of business
Proactively pitch strategic ideas to key clients which will hit their marketing objectives
Work closely with our product and analysis teams to tailor our products and insights to our clients’ needs
Work closely with our client services and trading teams to ensure world class process, results and client service are delivered
Play a role in client entertainment and relationship building
Pinpoint threats and opportunities for MiQ within your portfolio
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Advertising & Programmatic Expertise:
5–7 years of experience in advertising technology and sales.
Strong understanding of the digital programmatic ecosystem.
Familiarity with the dynamics among vendors, agencies, and advertisers.
Sales & Strategic Partnership:
Demonstrated ability to transition from one-time deals to long-term partnerships.
Proven success in securing and growing business through innovative strategies.
Strong sales skills with a track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth.
Leadership & Communication:
Previous management experience with the ability to mentor and lead teams.
Strong written and verbal communication for both internal and external stakeholders.
Execution & Problem-Solving:
Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Ability to translate abstract concepts into practical, actionable solutions.
Personal Attributes:
