Job Description

Your Role

• Lead the overall program delivery across discovery, design, build, migration, testing, go-live, and support transition.
• Manage project governance, steering committees, weekly status reporting, RAID logs, action tracking, and decisionmanagement.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, technology teams, data owners, vendors, and implementation resources.
• Manage the delivery plan, resource plan, dependencies, milestones, and phase gates.
• Oversee delivery risks related to data sensitivity, investment data quality, source-system complexity, historical backfill, andbusiness adoption.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical delivery, commercial scope, and project governance.
• Track project budget, effort consumption, timesheets, and resource utilization under a Time & Material delivery model.
• Support escalation management and decision-making across business, data, technology, security, and governanceworkstreams.
• Ensure deliverables are completed, reviewed, approved, and transitioned to support.
  
  

Your Profile

• 10+ years of program or project management experience in data, analytics, cloud, or financial-services transformationprograms.
• Experience managing data platform, data warehouse, data migration, or cloud implementation programs.
• Strong experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Prior experience in investment management, private office, asset management, wealth management, banking, or capitalmarkets is preferred.
• Experience managing sensitive-data programs and onsite or hybrid delivery teams.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, cloud data platforms, integration platforms, data governance, and reporting environments.
