As we expand our operations across the UAE and GCC region, we are looking for an experienced and highly driven Project Manager to support the launch and scaling of new mobility and automotive projects.

About The Role

This role leads the planning, coordination, and execution of new mobility and automotive projects across the UAE. Working closely with internal teams, OEM partners, technology providers, and strategic stakeholders, the Program Manager drives initiatives from concept through commercial launch ensuring Moove’s expansion is delivered on time, at scale, and to the highest operational standard.

The role requires strong project management expertise, stakeholder coordination, and a working understanding of the mobility ecosystem. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in project or program management, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in mobility, fleet, logistics, or adjacent sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing

The role exists to own end-to-end delivery of mobility projects across the UAE from initial scoping through pilot and into commercial launch. Success is measured by projects delivered on time, within budget, and at the quality standard required for Moove to scale its regional operations.

Within the first 6 months, the role is expected to own at least one active project end-to-end, establish clear project governance and reporting cadence for the leadership team, and build the operational frameworks that enable future market launches to be faster and more repeatable.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for mobility and automotive projects across the UAE.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and execution frameworks for new market launches.
• Manage cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Compliance, Fleet, Safety, and Technology.
• Drive project execution from pilot phase through commercial launch, owning delivery outcomes end-to-end.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans; escalate issues proactively to senior leadership.
• Lead vendor management, OEM partner onboarding, and operational integration activities across GCC markets.
• Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, and operational standards.
• Prepare executive dashboards, management reports, operational updates, and board presentations.
• Build scalable operational processes and frameworks to enable faster and more repeatable expansion.
• Perform operational analysis, reporting, forecasting, and data tracking using advanced Excel and BI tools.
  
  

What You Will Need For This Position

• Experience: 5–7 years in project or program management within mobility, transportation, fleet operations, logistics, or technology; proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
• Education / Skills: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, Transportation, or Technology; PMP or equivalent preferred; advanced Excel and BI tools proficiency required.
• Traits: Exceptional stakeholder management, highly analytical, comfortable with ambiguity, GCC market-savvy, strong communicator, and able to lead without authority across complex cross-functional teams.
