Program Management

Project Management services shall be deemed accepted when all the following conditions

Are Met

• Approved Project Charter, Project Plan, and Baselines (scope, schedule, cost) are
  
  

formally signed off by ADIB

• All project milestones are delivered in accordance with the approved plan or
  
  

formally approved change requests

• Weekly and monthly status reports are submitted on time and accepted by ADIB
• Risks, issues, and dependencies are actively managed with documented mitigation
  
  

and timely escalation

• Steering Committee meetings are conducted with approved minutes and action
  
  

tracking

• Go-Live is executed with formal approval from IT and Business stakeholders
• Post Implementation Review (PIR) is completed, submitted, and approved
• All project closure activities are completed and formally accepted by ADIB
  
  

Cross-Service Acceptance Conditions (Mandatory)

The overall managed services engagement shall be considered accepted only when:

• All three service streams (PM, Technical, Testing) meet their respective acceptance
  
  

criteria

• Go-Live approval is obtained from IT, Business, and Governance bodies
• No open Critical audit, security, or compliance findings exist
• All deliverables are formally signed off and archived
