Through accelerator programs, capacity-building initiatives, and partnerships with leading corporations, governments, and investors, C3 empowers startups to scale their growth and deepen their social and environmental impact.

Are you passionate about entrepreneurship, social impact, and the startup ecosystem in the Middle East and Africa?

C3 is looking for Program Manager Fellows to join our 1-Month Fellowship. A unique opportunity to work alongside the team behind some of the region’s leading accelerator and impact programs.

During your 1-month Fellowship, you’ll:

• Support the design and execution of startup acceleration programs.
• Engage directly with founders, mentors, and ecosystem partners.
• Manage timelines, sessions, and deliverables to ensure smooth program delivery.

After the Fellowship, top performers may be offered a paid project-based contract (3–12 months) to continue leading specific C3 programs.

This is a volunteer Fellowship that offers:

• Real exposure to VC-backed programs
• Hands-on experience in entrepreneurship and impact
• Access to a powerful network of founders, mentors, and investors

• Background in program/project management, consulting, or startups
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Driven by purpose, growth, and impact

🕓 Commitment: 1-Month Fellowship (Volunteer) → potential paid contract
