Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead large-scale BSS transformation programs for a telecom client. This role will drive end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year initiatives involving system modernization, digital transformation, and operational efficiency improvements across the telecom BSS landscape.

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate combines deep telecom domain expertise with strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery governance capabilities.
• Own and lead end-to-end BSS transformation programs (CRM, Billing, Charging, Order Management, Product Catalog).
• Deliver programs within scope, budget, timeline, and quality targets.
• Establish and drive program governance, PMO structures, and reporting frameworks.
• Manage multi-vendor, multi-geography delivery teams.
• Act as the primary executive interface with client stakeholders (CIO, CTO, Business Heads).
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior client leadership.
• Drive strategic discussions, roadmap planning, and transformation vision.
• Support contract negotiations, change requests, and commercial governance.
  
  

• 15+ years of experience in telecom/IT services, with at least 5+ years in program director roles.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale BSS transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of BSS Landscape.
• Experience with tier-1 telecom operators.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and hybrid delivery models.
• Experience managing large budgets and global teams.
