About You:

Are you passionate about empowering young women to enter the tech industry or pursue further education in tech? Do you want to contribute to closing the skills and employment gap in UAE? If you are tech-savvy, enthusiastic about education, and eager to support learners in their journey from basic digital literacy to specialised tech knowledge, this role is for you!

Join INCOs groundbreaking Get into Tech (GiT) program, an orientation and pre-specialization training initiative aimed at helping those who face barriers to employment to secure jobs in the tech sector or advance their education in this field.


Your missions will include the following:

NGO and Local Partners Engagement:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local non-governmental organisations (NGOs), universities and other partners to enhance beneficiary recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify mutually beneficial opportunities for partnership and engagement.
  • Act as a liaison between the organisation and external partners, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Beneficiary Recruitment:

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and recruit beneficiaries for our programs and initiatives.
  • Utilise the network of NGOs and universities to tap into diverse pools of potential beneficiaries.
  • Conduct outreach activities to raise awareness about our organisations mission and programs within the community.

Outreach Strategies Development:

  • Formulate innovative outreach strategies to maximise the impact of recruitment efforts.
  • Analyse demographic and community data to tailor outreach approaches for specific target groups.
  • Stay informed about best practices and trends in outreach and engagement to continuously improve strategies.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate events, workshops, and campaigns in collaboration with NGOs and universities to boost recruitment.
  • Ensure seamless communication and information flow between the organisation, partners, and potential beneficiaries.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

  • Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of outreach strategies.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate the impact of engagement activities, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Advocacy and Representation:

  • Represent the organisation at meetings, conferences, and events related to outreach and engagement.
  • Advocate for the organisations mission and values to strengthen its presence in the community and academic circles.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communications, Social Sciences, International Development, etc.).
  • Proven experience in outreach, engagement, or partnership development, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Creative and strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent Arabic, communicative English.


This is a cooperation on a contractor basis, up to 24 hours per week.
