Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor specialized in Joinery and Fitout to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the production process for interior fitouts, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role demands excellent leadership skills, an acute attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure. As a Production Supervisor, you will coordinate with various departments, optimize workflow processes, and drive continuous improvement efforts. Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cutting list based on approved shop drawings and project requirements
• Oversee daily production activities to ensure projects meet strict deadlines.
• Develop and implement efficient production plans and schedules for fitout projects.
• Supervise and guide production teams, addressing any performance issues promptly.
• Coordinate with design and procurement teams to streamline project workflows.
• Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the production processes.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvements and cost savings.
• Manage inventory levels and liaise with suppliers for quality materials procurement.
• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Monitor production budgets closely to prevent overruns and maintain profitability.
• Resolve production challenges and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production activities and outcomes to management.
• Foster a team-oriented environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in joinery and fitout production supervision.
• Experience with CNC Machines and woodworking equipment
• Must have UAE Driving License 
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget constraints.
• Strong understanding of joinery and fitout processes and technical specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions efficiently.
• Proficiency in production management software and MS Office Suite is required.
