PRODUCTION SENIOR OPERATOR

Job Description

• Job Responsibilities &Tasks Duties include but are not limited to

• Start up and job setting:
• Take sample from running press in order to verify the quality compliance with regard to Job ticket and approved sample.
• Check standard ink drawdowns and amend ink matching accordingly.
• Check the ink status for the next order and issue requisition accordingly
• Check the job file for order startup
• Take sample for verification by QC personnel for the order start-up approval and Perform necessary adjustments to match shade for getting the order start-up approval.
• Mix inks with respect to the operational viscosity and ensure the right viscosity through the whole production process.
• Set the color sequence in order to supply ink to the press.
• Ensure shade match and quality parameters are as per Job ticker & approved sample and coordinate with QC personnel during their checks.
• Job Production:
• Enter ink (colors and consumption) details in Daily Production Log book with relevant data
• Ensure QC personnel signature for validating the Product quality
• Collect the balance ink; Do proper labeling for better identification & attach drawn down with balance ink tins for better traceability.
• Highlight quality issues if any due to Cylinders, RM issues, Inks, Solvents, setc.
• Maintaining Inks Stocks & ink procurement through Weekly physical verification of ink stocks.
• Maintain and log the ink viscosity in the production form and implement the needed corrective action in case of any deviation.
