Job Description

As a Production, Quality, and Procurement Manager, you will be a key driver in ensuring the seamless execution of production processes, the maintenance of quality standards, and the efficient procurement of resources and materials. Your role will involve strategic planning and close collaboration with various departments to optimize performance and meet production goals effectively. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire production lifecycle, ensuring quality assurance protocols are followed, and coordinating the acquisition of goods necessary for production. A keen eye for detail, excellent management skills, and a focus on continuous improvement will be essential in delivering high-quality products and achieving business success. You will also play a pivotal role in developing long-term procurement strategies and negotiating favorable terms with suppliers to enhance cost savings and efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement production plans to optimize resource utilization effectively.
  • Oversee the maintenance of quality assurance standards across all production processes.
  • Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely availability of necessary materials.
  • Monitor production performance and identify areas for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets related to production and procurement activities.
  • Ensure supplier evaluations are conducted to maintain quality and performance standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with vendors and suppliers.
  • Establish long-term relationships with key suppliers to secure supply chain stability.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining product quality and standards.
  • Lead the development and training of staff in production and procurement functions.
  • Report regularly on production and procurement performance to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in production, procurement, and quality management roles.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management concepts.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful supplier agreements.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using production planning and procurement software tools.
