Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production / Quality and Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring the highest quality standards, and managing the procurement activities to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in production management, quality assurance, and supply chain management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a crucial role in meeting organizational objectives, delivering customer satisfaction, and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement production plans to meet organizational goals and deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and implement quality control measures.
  • Manage procurement activities, including supplier selection, evaluation, and negotiations.
  • Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production and operation processes.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure production compliance with standards.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Ensure all production and procurement activities align with company policies and regulations.
  • Report on production status, quality performance, and procurement activities to management.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure product availability meets demand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in production management, quality assurance, and procurement roles.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills to drive performance and efficiency.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for quality assurance.
  • Proficient in using production management software and enterprise resource planning tools.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage supplier and stakeholder relationships.
