• Ensure daily work fully reflects TELBU’s vision, mission, and HSSEQ policies by following the Group HSEQ Charter, strictly applying Company Rules, complying with One‑Maestro standards, and performing every task safely and as per approved HSSEQ procedures and protocols.
  
  
  

• Participate in Health and safety risk assessment and critical task analysis, HSSEQ training, safety tours, Plant general inspection, Behavioural safety visits..
• Participate in Sustainab’ALL programs focused on TE 5 levers including energy improvement and CO2 reduction projects to achieve the company's 2030 and 2050 environmental goals.
• Understand the QHSE & Energy Management procedures and demonstrate exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance and professionalism regarding HSE in all their activities.
• Ensure no quality or safety incidents occur due to negligence, carelessness or overconfidence.
• Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSE & Energy Policies and Manuals.
• Receptive to new trainings issues and be a proactive member to participate in tool kit meetings for QHSE & Energy Management improvements.
• Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
• Understand and strictly comply with all current regulatory requirements relevant to the assigned areas of responsibility.
• To comply with Work Permit program (as per the PTW roles and responsibility assignment: process owner/ permit applicant/ issuing authority and approval authority).
• Selection and availability of applicable PPE’s at all times and ensuring the strict use of PPE’s in work area of responsibility.
• Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.
  
  
  

• Consistently uphold the company’s Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy by demonstrating integrity and professionalism, while ensuring full adherence to the compliance program, including policies and procedures on conflicts of interest, prevention of fraud, corruption, economic sanctions, and export control.
• Promptly report any instance of noncompliance or violation of the any element of compliance program—especially those related to economic sanctions or export control—to the designated compliance officer or economic sanctions.
  
  
  

• Small Pack filling capacity: 99 KMT.
• Big Pack filling capacity: 120 KMT.
• 3 Fully automated high speed Small Pack filling unit, equipped with high technology controls equipment and systems,
• Two automated drum filling unit and one automated pail filling unit.
  
  
  

• Filling of 160+ different SKU’s (Small pack) & Filling of 200+ different SKU’s (Drums + pails pack).
• Filling of 1L,3L,4L & 5L packs on small pack filling lines & 208L,20L&25L packs on big pack.
• One automated Label storage unit & other facilities namely Label Applicator machine, Automated strapping machine, Robot, Pick and Place units, Case Former units, can/cartons weight checker units /Capping Machines, Caps /Labels detection systems, inject can printer, Unscramble unit.
• One automated Empty drums storage unit with capacity to store 1500 drums & other facilities namely Label printers, Automated Drums strapping machine, automated drum palletizer & Laser engraving machine.
• Lean cure tool for Productivity measurement, Print and apply Software for label applications on Cartons & Code soft software for inhouse label printing.
  
  
  

• Responsible for filling operations at filling line – Small & Big packs (Drums & pails).
• Adherence to Standard operating procedures for filling operations at all times.
• Take responsibility of the filling line in terms of managing the changeover process, ensure times are well managed, machine changeover happens technically well and in time.
• Be responsible to Production Supervisor (Filling) / Production Engineer for productivity of the operation and able to explain the outcomes logically.
• To contribute, meet and improve upon the KPI & EnPI targets as set towards overall QHSE and Energy objectives.
• Be responsible to Production Engineer for reporting any non – conformities identified during Production and / dispatch process.
• Control of quality and safety in operations, as he is the first in line and exposure to QHSE can be high due to unsafe acts on quality / safety concerned.
• Maintain and improve 5S & Visual management in work area and participate in KIZEN implementation program.
• Charging of VI Polymer in VI batches and in standard operating time.
• Be responsible to perform role of Jetty/Tank Farm Operator during Base oil Shipment offloading as and when required.
• Be responsible for decantation operation as per standard procedure as and when required.
• Maintain and Improve OEE of Filling machine as per targets.
• Be responsible to maintain high standard of housekeeping in work area.
• Adhere to Waste management guidelines and segregation of waste on Filling lines.
• Adhere to loss control management process as per standard procedure.
  
  
  

• Safely operate filling processes, meeting HSSEQ and regulatory standards.
• Achieve daily production targets and maintain operational flow.
• Ensure product quality and address non-conformities swiftly.
• Support equipment performance and participate in continuous improvement.
• Promote safety, accurate reporting, and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Uphold ethical conduct and company compliance requirements.
  
  
  

• Higher Secondary Education (12th Grade) or Secondary Education (10th Grade) with a technical diploma in any specialized course (1–3 years).
  
  
  

• Skilled in operations of automated filling and packaging (small/big pack lines).
• Working Knowledge of MS Office & Power BI.
• Working Knowledge of quality control, defect detection, and QA tools (FMEA, RCA).
• Knowledgeable in HSSEQ, ISO standards, and emergency equipment use.
• Capable of operating label printers, palletizers, strapping, weight checkers, and storage systems.
  
  
  

• Schooling/ technical diploma certificate.
  
  
  

• Good communication and teamwork; coordinate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and contract staff.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; identify issues and support continuous improvement.
• Adaptable and resilient; perform well under pressure, during shifts, and in changing environments.
• Strong time-management; handle changeovers and maintain production workflow.
  
  
  

• Ability to read, write and distinguish and compare various product / packaging requirements online and be ready to detect any mistakes when occurred due to suppliers’ faults.
• Familiar with stock control processes, including recording material usage and tracking consumption.
• Understanding of basic production‑related cost elements.
  
  
  

• English, Level: Basic (Reading and writing)
• Hindi, as an added language preferred.
  
  
  

• 3-5 years of experience in process, packaging, machine, lubricant operations or working experience in any manufacturing unit.
• Reasonable understanding on Safety, ISO 9001 (Quality) & ISO 14001 (Environmental) Management systems & ISO 50001 (Energy) management system.
