Responsibilities

• Operate and manage automated and manual production machines efficiently and safely.
• Monitor production lines and address any issues to prevent disruptions.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance to specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area to ensure safety standards.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and report any malfunctions to supervisors.
• Follow detailed production schedules and adjust tasks in case of workflow changes.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet production goals.
• Record and report data on production output, machine performance, and issues encountered.
• Ensure the safe handling of raw materials and finished products as per guidelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
• Assist with packaging and labeling of products according to company standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent certification is required for this position.
• Previous experience as a production operator or in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and perform minor maintenance on production machinery.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency in tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the production environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime if necessary.
