Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager – Digital Delivery to lead and manage the digital delivery process across multidisciplinary projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of digital tools and workflows into production processes, driving efficiency, innovation, and quality in project deliverables. This role requires a strong background in digital delivery, BIM, and production management, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Ensures that the Unit/ Department project technical goals/milestones/ budgets are met.
  • Accountable for teams utilisation targets and resource planning.
  • Provides guidance and mentoring to employees.
  • Provides progress reports to senior management.
  • Investigates and procures data and equipment required to develop a design or supplement gaps in productivity and service capability.
  • Interfaces with regionally established technical leads and Directors to facilitate policy integration and compliance.
  • Supports proposal activities by advising on project/task feasibility, resources, and cost.
  • Provides input into the BIM execution plan and LOD Matrices.
  • Monitors quality control, progress, scheduling and execution of product delivery to internal and external clients.
  • Uses Common Data Environment for information exchange.
  • Understands and implements BIM workflows, budgeting, and BIM execution planning and its standards.
  • Ensures the template library is maintained and developed.
  • Prepares complex project deliverables using a team of junior technical and support staff.
  • Responsible for defining team operating standards and ensuring essential procedures are followed.
  • Independently evaluates, selects, and applies standard industry techniques to execute work assignments.
  • Actively pursues continuous learning of technical advances, emerging business/industry trends.
  • Identifies and develops new processes that lead to improved efficiency or work quality.
  • Engages with project technical teams within the field of expertise to confirm project approach and review deliverables
  • Performs technical quality reviews, including documentation in project record by following policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in digital delivery, production management, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks), GIS platforms, and other digital delivery technologies.
  • Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field or certification in BIM/Digital Delivery.
  • Experience with advanced technologies such as AI, machine learning, or digital twins.
  • Familiarity with international standards and protocols for digital delivery (e.g., ISO 19650).
  • Proven track record of implementing innovative digital solutions in large-scale projects.
