The Production Executive (Creative & Visual Production) plays a critical role in transforming creative concepts into high-quality physical executions across visual merchandising, PR activations, retail displays, and brand events. This role ensures that ideas are developed into accurate, timely, and visually impactful outputs by managing production processes, materials, suppliers, timelines, and on-ground execution. With a strong understanding of design adaptations, fabrication techniques, and production workflows, you’ll collaborate closely with creative, marketing, retail, and events teams to deliver seamless brand experiences.
What You’ll Do
• Translate creative concepts into physical outputs including window displays, in-store installations, PR kits, event elements, and brand experiences.
• Develop production-ready artwork and files when needed, including adaptations, die-cuts, and measurement-based layouts.
• Support the creative team through mock-ups, prototypes, and sample reviews to validate quality and feasibility.
• Ensure all produced materials align with brand identity, guidelines, and quality standards.
• Source, brief, and manage suppliers such as printers, fabricators, packaging vendors, and production agencies.
• Request quotations, negotiate pricing, and secure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Oversee production timelines, color matching, material selection, fabrication details, and finishing quality.
• Conduct onsite visits to monitor production progress and ensure smooth installations.
• Manage production schedules from concept handover through delivery and installation.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, and production sheets for all assigned projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of all materials required for campaigns, store openings, photoshoots, and events.
• Review prototypes, proofs, and samples prior to final production.
• Conduct quality checks on delivered items and during installations to ensure flawless execution.
• Identify risks early and provide proactive solutions to avoid delays or rework.
• Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, retail, and events teams to understand requirements and align on deliverables.
• Ensure internal alignment before moving any concept into production.
• Support installations and on-ground execution when needed.
What You Should Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in creative production, visual merchandising, fabrication coordination, print production, or similar roles.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign with strong adaptation skills.
• Strong understanding of materials, printing techniques, fabrication methods, and finishing options.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
• Experience producing PR kits, retail displays, exhibitions, or brand events.
• Understanding of photography, styling, or basic 3D visualization.
• Knowledge of production budgets and cost estimation.
