Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing BOQs covering design, fabrication, logistics, manpower, and technology components.
• Support supplier sourcing and procurement activities under the guidance of senior team members.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, design, production, tech) to support project execution.
• Help organize internal planning meetings, track action points, and prepare status updates.
• Support client communication by preparing updates, presentations, and documentation.
• Assist in monitoring production, fabrication, and installation activities.
• Support on-site setup and event execution, coordinating vendors, manpower, and logistics.
• Help troubleshoot basic on-site issues and escalate challenges when required.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and venue regulations under supervision.
• Assist in collecting feedback and preparing post-event reports.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and trackers using Excel and PowerPoint.
  
  

• 1–3 years of experience in events, exhibitions, or project coordination (or relevant internships).
• Basic understanding of event production, fabrication, and logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Excel for trackers, BOQs, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint for presentations and internal updates.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on-site during build-up and live event days.
