Product Unit Lead

Were looking for a Product Unit Lead to take full ownership of the Exchange direction within EMCD a core product in our ecosystem that includes spot, derivatives, and margin trading. This is a senior leadership role for someone with deep CEX experience, a strong product mindset, and a track record of leading product teams in crypto.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics for your product unit
• Build Discovery and Delivery processes almost from the ground up
• Own product roadmap and drive execution with cross-functional teams
• Launch and grow products in new and complex markets
• Represent product direction in conversations with stakeholders and C-levels
• Translate strategic business goals into actionable product wor
• Guide your team in balancing delivery, iteration, and innovation
  
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in CEX / crypto trading products
• Proven experience leading product teams or units (not just individual contributor)
• Confident in product analytics, growth metrics, and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to operate under uncertainty and build structure from scratch
  
  
  

• Owning a product from strategy to delivery full accountability
