Product Planning Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Planning Specialist. The role is based in Dubai and the work timings are 8 AM to 5 PM.

Job Description

·       Coordinate and handle the ordering of existing product range from various sources

·       Identity and analyse the gap in products/services and prepare business cases for new developments

·       Develop new products in line with VOC (Voice of customer), market and vehicle requirements

·       Collaborate with the sales team for carrying out, sell out, BOTG, campaigns and promotions according to annual marketing plan

·       Provide marketing function all inputs on the products for communication and promotion across all AMEA markets

·       Assist in checking the standards of products and making use of quality control process

·       Create market survey and research projects to evaluate VOC towards to aftermarket current products and products under development and wish-list products

·       Source new suppliers for specific products based on Company's quality standards

 Qualifications

·       Fluency in English (oral and written) is mandatory, knowledge of Arabic and Japanese is added advantage.

·       Strong interest and knowledge in aftermarket automotive parts.

·       Related working experience as a product developer in automotive parts.

·       Must be creative with strong organizational and planning skills.

·       Fast thinker with the ability to solve technical problems.

·       Works as a competent member of the team, willingly providing backup support for co-workers when appropriate and actively supporting group goals.
