About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the Trading Experience across our internal mobile and web trading platforms.

This role focuses on how clients interact with the trading environment — ensuring that the experience is intuitive, engaging, and frictionless, from the first login to order execution.

You will own the UX, usability, and feature roadmap of the trading interface, collaborating closely with design, analytics, and engineering teams to build products that traders love to use every day.

The role requires a strong grasp of trading behavior, user psychology, and interface design within a financial product context.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the trading experience across mobile and web.
• Define and prioritize client-facing features that improve usability, retention, and trading engagement.
• Collaborate with designers to create clean, intuitive interfaces for order placement, order tracking, and trade history.
• Partner with data analytics to understand trading patterns, drop-off points, and performance metrics that affect user satisfaction.
• Ensure a seamless, consistent experience between mobile and web platforms.
• Translate trader and business feedback into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work with QA and engineering to maintain product quality and performance standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to align product updates with user communication and education.
• Continuously benchmark the trading experience against top-tier platforms to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance and clarity in all client interactions and trading flows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in fintech, trading, or brokerage platforms.
• Deep understanding of trader behavior and client-facing trading UX.
• Proven track record of improving trading platform usability, retention, and engagement.
• Strong collaboration experience with design, analytics, and engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to clearly articulate product goals and decisions.
• Solid experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, and Figma.
• Data-driven mindset and familiarity with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and UX metrics.

Nice to Have

• Background in CFD or crypto trading.
• Understanding of charting tools, order types, and portfolio management UX.
• Experience in wireframing trading platforms and UX flows.
• Familiarity with social trading, or user journey optimization.
• Exposure to mobile trading experiences and cross-platform UX consistency.
