Leads business ownership and execution of internal digital products that support RJFS divisional teams and enhance the advisor experience. Translates leadership vision and business needs into prioritized initiatives across Salesforce and related internal systems, aligning stakeholders and delivery partners to achieve adoption and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of short-term roadmaps supporting the RJFS service model and advisor experience.
- Own a portfolio of internal digital products, ensuring tools effectively enable divisional teams and field execution.
- Identify business and advisor experience gaps and translate insights into prioritized product recommendations.
- Partner with senior PCG leaders and cross-functional stakeholders through governance forums to support prioritization and key decisions.
- Provide business leadership for the development and implementation of features and enhancements across Salesforce and supporting platforms, working in close partnership with technology teams.
- Align business, technology, and vendor partners to support effective delivery and adoption.
- Maintain accountability for product adoption and continuous improvement based on user feedback.
- Mentor team members and operate independently in an evolving and ambiguous environment.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 6 – 10 years of relevant experience in operations, technology, marketing, or a related financial services field. OR
- An equivalent combination of education, experience, and training approved by Human Resources.
