  • Convert business needs into comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, rules, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to conduct discovery, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure digital solutions align with operational goals, seamlessly integrate with existing systems, and can scale regionally.
  • Maintain a transparent roadmap for improvements informed by performance data, operational feedback, compliance standards, and user insights.
  • Serve as a proactive advocate for AI-driven transformation by clearly showcasing business value and driving adoption.

Process Transformation

  • Collaborate closely at the outset with Claims leadership, then expand engagement across the broader Operations teams to grasp business goals, confirm opportunities, and synchronize priorities.
  • Facilitate workshops and design sessions to clearly outline solution scope, rules, and decision-making logic.
  • Champion operational readiness by overseeing user training, preparing documentation, and managing change effectively.
  • Support governance processes to guarantee that automation rules and decisions stay compliant, auditable, and rigorously controlled.

Skateholder Engagement

  • Serve as the main liaison connecting Operations functional teams, Operations Support teams, IT, and vendor delivery teams.
  • Provide senior stakeholders with clear progress reports, risk assessments, and results via structured updates and dashboards.
  • Work closely with Data Analytics, Operations Support, and Regional teams to guarantee solutions deliver effective reporting features and comply with all relevant regulations.

AI Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all solutions adhere to group standards, global regulatory requirements, and evolving obligations.
  • Identify potential compliance gaps in the use of AI tools and policies, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to guarantee thorough documentation, transparency, and ongoing monitoring.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reducing cycle time, eliminating manual touchpoints, and improving accuracy.
  • Continuously track platform performance and user adoption to foster ongoing improvements and refinements.
  • Support the creation of best practices and reusable frameworks to guide future automation projects within Operations.
