Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) division. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the FMCG market, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to execute marketing plans that drive product growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to maximize brand awareness and enhance market penetration. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, supply chain, and product development, to ensure alignment on product positioning and results-driven executions. A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record in product marketing, and the creativity needed to take our products to the next level in a competitive marketplace.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for FMCG products.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment on product positioning.
  • Lead the creation of marketing materials, including digital and print campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Manage marketing budgets and optimize spending to maximize effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for product launches and promotional activities.
  • Track and report on key marketing KPIs to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Foster relationships with external partners and agencies to drive campaigns.
  • Train and mentor junior marketing staff to enhance their development.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and advertising standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in product marketing within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
