Job Description

Level: 4, Product Manager

Team/Department: Services Business Unit, Product

Reports to: GM, Services BU (line); CPO (functional)

About PRYPCO

PRYPCO is a Dubai-based proptech company transforming real estate investment through fractional ownership, blockchain-enabled tokenization, and end-to-end property services.

In partnership with the Dubai Land Department and VARA, PRYPCO provides access to premium real estate opportunities in a regulated and innovative environment.

About The Role

Prypco's Services Business Unit is the experimental growth engine of the business, a vertical built to identify, launch, and scale profitable services from day one, turning real estate transactions into long-term client value. The BU currently runs three verticals: Golden Visa Services, which guides investors through UAE residency by investment processing; Wills & Legacy (InstaWill), a platform for expatriates to create legally valid UAE wills; and Prypco Advance, a B2B deal aggregator for real estate agents. We're actively exploring new service lines too, so this is a dynamic, entrepreneurial unit at the heart of Prypco's broader proptech ecosystem.

We're looking for a hands-on Product Manager who can take our services from early customer and revenue signals to real, productised offerings. You'll own the end to end experience for one or more verticals: designing a seamless customer journey and building the automations that take manual work out of the business. This is an individual contributor role. You'll be expected to prototype and build basic automations yourself, and to work closely with Marketing, CRM, Tech, and Ops to get things done.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Take the verticals that are already showing strong customer or revenue signals and turn them into repeatable, scalable service flows: define the process, the pricing, and the packaging needed to run at higher volume.
  • Design and ship a smoother end to end customer journey for each service, from the first touchpoint through delivery and follow up, cutting out manual steps wherever you can.
  • Build automations, using no-code and low-code tools, that take the busywork out of Ops and CRM as volumes grow. You're expected to prototype these yourself rather than wait in an engineering queue.
  • Partner with Marketing on positioning and lead generation, with CRM on lifecycle and retention, with Tech on scoping what needs to be built, and with Ops on delivery and fulfillment.
  • Keep an eye on the numbers that matter for each vertical, like funnel conversion, turnaround time, and cost to serve. Use that data to decide what to fix, automate, or expand next.
  • Help evaluate new service ideas as the BU grows, bringing the same discipline around customer experience and operational scale to whatever comes next.

What Success Looks Like

  • At least one vertical with strong early signals has moved from a manual, ad hoc process to a productised service with a defined flow and clear economics.
  • The customer journey is visibly better: fewer manual steps, faster turnaround, and better conversion or satisfaction at each stage.
  • Automations you've built are measurably reducing manual ops work, so the team can handle more volume without hiring at the same pace.
  • Marketing, CRM, Tech, and Ops see you as someone who ships, communicates clearly, and can be trusted to run things without heavy oversight.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally including a services, marketplace, or other operations heavy product rather than pure self-serve software.
  • A genuine builder. You're comfortable prototyping flows and building basic automations yourself using tools like Zapier, Make, Retool, or n8n, instead of relying on engineering for everything.
  • A good eye for customer experience, with real experience mapping and redesigning journeys end to end.
  • A track record of getting things done through other teams, like Marketing, CRM, Tech, and Ops, without having formal authority over them.
  • Comfortable defining KPIs, reading funnel and operational data, and using that evidence to make calls.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in legal, immigration, wills, or other professional or regulated services.
  • B2B or marketplace experience, particularly agent or broker facing platforms.
  • 0 to 1 or startup experience building a new product line from scratch.
  • Exposure to MENA or UAE consumers, businesses, or regulatory environments.
