Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead the development and execution of strategies that guide patients from decision-making to adherence, ensuring alignment with the brand’s overall objectives.
Program Creation & Implementation: Design and implement innovative, integrated programs to support patients and consumers, with a focus on advocacy, education, and promotional materials.
Market Research & Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and performance indicators. Use insights from research, advisory boards, and stakeholder feedback to identify market opportunities and create data-driven strategies.
Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with internal departments (Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Sales, etc.) and external agencies to deliver cohesive marketing initiatives that drive brand success.
Brand Strategy Development: Collect and analyze market insights to identify growth opportunities. Shape and evolve brand strategy based on actionable data and market needs.
Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure maximum return on investment, ensuring spending aligns with strategic priorities.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts. Continuously track progress and share findings with key stakeholders.
Innovation in Media & Technology: Keep up with the latest trends in media, technology, and digital platforms to create new opportunities for enhancing patient experiences and brand engagement.
Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment: Lead presentations to both internal teams and external stakeholders (including healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and partners) to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives and increase brand visibility.
Event Management: Oversee the brand’s presence at major industry conferences and patient-focused events to drive engagement and strengthen relationships.
Sales Support: Partner with Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing programs that support sales objectives in the field.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials and programs adhere to Medical, Legal, and Regulatory guidelines, ensuring full compliance at all stages.
Agency Management: Lead and manage external agency relationships, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects within budget, and in alignment with Bausch + Lomb’s strategic goals.
Portfolio Management & Growth: Actively explore new product opportunities and drive the successful launch of new products in line with company strategy.
Competitive Insights: Conduct detailed competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends and inform business strategy.
Regional Partnerships: Collaborate with commercial teams, distributors, and key stakeholders across the ME region to strengthen Bausch + Lomb’s position and ensure industry leadership.
Internal Processes
Ensure consistent compliance to company policies and procedures, corporate governance, and relevant legislation within area of responsibility
Complete all assigned training items in a timely manner
Keep abreast of company policies, procedures, and systems

Maintain any company equipment or property for example vehicle, electronic equipment, sales material, and company’s corporate image
Confidentiality: company marketing / sales material, pricing, policies, systems, research, and data, not to be discussed outside the organization
Key Relationships
Business Unit commercial team, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Finance, Distributors’ marketing team, HCPs, Bausch Global, Regional, and local Marketing teams, Marketing Agencies, etc.
Qualifications & Training
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Pharmacy, life science discipline, or related field.
PharmD, PhD, or MBA preferred

In-depth knowledge on Pharmaceuticals, Health Care Consumer, and general science
Organizational and management capabilities

Excellent communication and marketing skills

Experience
Proven success in developing, refining, and implementing a product roadmap for a cutting-edge analytics suite of products and overseeing a cross-functional network of experts and developers to execute on the roadmap
5+ years’ relevant industry experience, including experience in a marketing product management role at a biotech, Health Care Consumer, or pharma company.
