Summary Description

• Responsible for developing and executing product strategies that align with Middle East and African region market needs and overall business objectives.
• Ensure that the company’s product line-up is competitive, relevant, and successful, contributing to overall business growth and market presence.

Product Management

• Support product planning and lifecycle management activities for MEA markets, working closely with Sales, Marketing, HQ, R&D, Production Plants, After-Sales, and other relevant departments.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and product opportunities.
• Gather and consolidate market feedback and communicate customer requirements to HQ and R&D teams.
• Support product launch activities, including market readiness assessment, specification reviews, and cross-functional coordination.
• Monitor product performance and assist in optimizing product portfolios, product mix, and market positioning.
• Prepare product reports, presentations, and business proposals for management review and decision-making.
• Support the identification of new product opportunities and contribute ideas to improve product competitiveness and business growth.

Homologation & Regulatory Compliance

• Support homologation activities for vehicle models across GCC, Middle East, and African markets.
• Coordinate certification and regulatory documentation required for local market approvals.
• Review and monitor changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards across MEA markets.
• Assist in managing vehicle certification status and ensure timely completion of homologation activities.
• Support audits, conformity assessments, and testing activities required by regulatory authorities.
• Maintain homologation records and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support product planning and homologation activities.
• Provide market intelligence, customer insights, and regulatory updates to support management decision-making.
• Recommend product improvements, market opportunities, and portfolio optimization initiatives based on market analysis. Escalate product, launch, or regulatory risks and propose mitigation actions to management.
• Support cross-functional project execution and ensure timely completion of assigned product and homologation activities.

Education

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related automotive field is recommend
• Master’s degree is preferred.

Related Experience

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in automotive industry.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in management role.
• Cross-functional team management experience is required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
• Proficiency in written & verbal presentation skills for senior management level communications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong automobile industry knowledge.
• Arabic and Korean as second language is a plus.
• Strong capabilities in market and consumer analysis with solid research and analytical skills in automotive products
