Product Manager – F&B Platform (Dubai)

We’re looking for a Product Manager to help us build and scale an ecosystem of products that connects restaurants, suppliers, partners and fintech services into one powerful platform. About the Role

As Senior Product Manager – F&B, you’ll own key parts of our platform and ecosystem:

• Set and drive the product vision & strategy for F&B and platform initiatives
• Build products that connect multiple stakeholders (restaurants, suppliers, partners, internal teams)
• Work end-to-end: from discovery and specs to launch, adoption and continuous optimization
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing and Operations
• Use data, user insights and experiments to make decisions – not just opinions

You’ll be working at the intersection of tech, business and UX, making sure everything we ship moves the needle on value, adoption and revenue.

What You’ll Be Doing

Product Strategy & Ecosystem Thinking

• Own the roadmap for your product areas and align it with company goals
• Think in platform & ecosystem terms – how features connect, create network effects and unlock new value
• Stay on top of market trends, competitors and customer needs in F&B / platforms / fintech

Execution & Delivery

• Lead the full product lifecycle: discovery, scoping, specs, delivery, launch, iteration
• Run agile rituals (backlog, sprints, reviews) and keep teams focused on outcomes, not just outputs
• Define clear success metrics and run experiments (A/B tests, funnels, cohorts) to improve them

Stakeholders & Partnerships

• Be the go-to person between Tech, Design, Marketing, Sales and Leadership
• Work with external partners and 3rd-party developers to integrate into our platform
• Communicate clearly – from squad standups to board-level updates and product reviews

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Background

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years in a Senior / Lead role
• Strong track record shipping and growing complex, multi-stakeholder products (platform, marketplace, SaaS or fintech experience is a big plus)
• Comfortable working with engineering teams on APIs, integrations and system design (you don’t have to code, but you understand how things fit together)

Skills & Toolbox

• Very comfortable with agile product management (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira / Confluence
• Data-driven: you know your way around product analytics tools and metrics (activation, retention, funnels, cohorts, etc.)
• Strong collaboration skills; can align teams and handle competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication – from user stories to exec updates

Bonus Points For

• Experience with F&B, marketplaces, fintech or ecosystem products
• Exposure to multi-market launches and localization
• Familiarity with advanced analytics (SQL / basic Python) and experimentation frameworks
