Product Manager, B2B Growth & Platform Delivery

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager who understands fintech and startup execution, someone who can connect strategy with delivery, drive adoption, and collaborate across functions to launch meaningful products for business customers.

About the role

As an individual contributor, you will own adoption and growth of our business customer-facing platform and lead compliance-first MVPs that enhance how organizations use myZoi. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Finance, Ops, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Business Development to translate requirements into scalable product experiences.


What you will do

  • Drive activation and ongoing usage of the business customer platform.
  • Define scope and lead delivery of compliance-first MVPs for new business capabilities.
  • Design API-first product requirements and collaborate with Engineering for delivery.
  • Translate regulatory and risk requirements into product logic and operational processes.
  • Partner with Finance and Ops to design reconciliation and downstream workflows.
  • Support Business Development in client discovery, solutioning, demos, and onboarding.
  • Co-own partner and vendor execution with Supply Chain.


What you have

  • 6-8 years of product management experience in fintech, PSP, or B2B technology solutions.
  • Hands-on experience working in or closely with a fast-moving startup or scale-up.
  • Proven record of delivering regulated or enterprise-grade B2B products end to end.
  • Strong API fluency and ability to define or review sequence diagrams.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B adoption, automation, or platform growth.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across Engineering, Ops, Finance, and Compliance.
  • Familiarity with payment processing, onboarding, billing, or KYB/KYC systems.
